Martindale has a team of field sales engineers covering most of the UK. There are two existing telesales people in the team who are primarily responsible for inbound calls. You will cover, by telephone, a sales territory where we do not have on the road representation. You will also respond to incoming sales enquiries.

You will need to develop good relationship with wholesalers, from regional managers to branch managers, buyers and sales reps. You will also be speaking to end users to identify their needs and liaising with your chosen wholesaler to achieve a sale.

You will be using word and a sophisticated contact management package to track all your relationships.

You will be an experienced telesales person with experience of both prospecting and closing. You will be intelligent, lively, organised and self disciplined.

We will provide technical training, but as a guideline, if you understand some of items that appear on this link and are willing to learn you, will have no problem.
