Our calibration service turn-round times can be flexed to provide you with the level of service you need, including a fast 24 hour express calibration service.

Instrotech calibration is traceable to International standards and is available on all the designated equipment in our catalogue. Calibration is also offered for other similar products.

Calibrations are carried out using centralised computer driven procedures which ensure a consistent repeatable approach. Centralised records also allow us to maintain traceability and we can generate reminders for recalibration to reduce your admin overhead.

Calibration Pricing Overview

Premium same day calibration is available at £27 surcharge per unit. FAST 24 Hour calibration allows you to drop off at our premises and collect the next day at a surcharge of plus 50% per unit.

Alternatively send the unit to us and we will send it back to you on a next day carrier. A courier collection service is also available and goods can be collected or returned by a next day courier service (currently UPS) at a cost of £7.50 per batch each way.

Standard Calibration charges

Prices are for certificates traceable to national standards with figures. Typical turn round: dispatch on the 5th working day after receipt.

Standard Insulation Testers, Loop Testers, RCD testers, Analogue or 3½ digit Multimeters, and Clamp Meters - £27.

4½ and 5½ digit multimeters. Multirange / high reading insulation testers (Megger BM10/12 etc.) - £39.

Portable Appliance Testers, Flash Testers, Watt Meters, Milliohm Meters (Ductors) - £55. Scopes up to 40MHz dual beam - £72.

Prices and turn round times assume equipment has no faults and can be adjusted without replacing parts. Please call us for prices if you have large batches of equipment that need calibration. If required, we can also carry out repairs either by quotation or on a fixed price basis.

Additionally, we can provide pre-adjustment figures - surcharge £10.
