This pad comprises approximately 40 individual certificates/test sheets, clearly laid out to help with certification work in compliance with BS 7671.
The Electrical Installation Certificate (TD01 and TD05 or TD06) is to be used only for the initial verification of a new installation or for an alteration or addition to an existing installation where one or more new circuits have been introduced. It is not to be used for a periodic inspection, for which a Periodic Inspection Report form should be used. For an alteration or addition which does not extend to the introduction of one or more new circuits, an Electrical Minor Works Certificate (TD02) should be used.

 | Electrical Installation Minor Works - TD02
This pad comprises approximately 40 individual certificates/test sheets, clearly laid out to help with certification work in compliance with BS 7671.
Each Certificate is intended to cover work on a single circuit only, or equipment connected to it. The original should be handed to the client and a copy should be retained for the contractor's reference.
A Minor Works Certificate (TD02) should not be used when the electrical work is provision of a complete circuit or more extensive installation - an Electrical Installation Certificate (formally known as the completion Certificate) should be used.

 | Periodic Inspection Report - TD03
This pad comprises approximately 40 individual certificates/test sheets, clearly laid out to help with certification work in compliance with BS 7671.
For electrical installation work ranging from an additional circuit new installation, an Electrical Installation Certificate is required (TD01 together with TD05 or TD06 and TD16). For an alteration or addition which does not extend to the instroduction of one or new more circuits, an Electrical Minor Works Certificate (TD02) should be used. Please Note: The Periodic Inspection report (TD03) is not complete without TD05 or TD06 and TD16.
